Due to the Aspen Acres wildfire in Colorado, binding restrictions are currently in place for Kinsale’s Homeowner’s E&S (HOMES) product in the following counties:

• Custer County
• El Paso County
• Fremont County
• Huerfano County
• Las Animas County
• Pueblo County
• Any location within 25 miles of an active wildfire, regardless of county

Per our guidelines, the restrictions implemented in the event of a named catastrophic event are as follows:

• No policy will be bound on any new business
• No endorsement may be issued on existing policies that has the effect of increasing limits of liability or decreasing deductibles
• Renewals of expiring policies may be written provided there is no increase in coverage

These restrictions are effective immediately. We will notify you as soon as these restrictions can be lifted. If you have any questions, please contact your underwriter.
