Diligent Effort Forms + –

Many state DOIs insist a producing agent conduct a diligent search for the placement of insurance with admitted insurers. In the event that insurance cannot be placed with an admitted insurer, surplus lines licensee (e.g., Aspera) must confirm that the diligent search was conducted by the producing agent. You can download a copy of your state’s diligent effort (DE) form to comply with your state’s DE requirement.
