Submission Requirements
- ACORD Commercial Insurance application
- Marine Cargo supplemental application, where appropriate (Kinsale or other carriers accepted)
- Five years of currently-valued loss runs (within 60 days) with a description provided for any loss greater than $25,000
- Applicable contract signed by insured
