  • Direct retail sales or firearms, parts, and ammunition
  • Military- and police-exclusive sales
  • Online sale of parts, ammunition, or ballistic protection
    (firearms and controlled parts must be shipped to a
    Federal Firearms License holder)

Sporting Goods

  • Airsoft goods up to 600 FPS velocity (must have an
    orange/neon safety tip)
  • Archery products, including youth archery supplies
  • Knives, swords, and martial arts weaponry
  • Paintball markers and safety gear
  • Targets/range equipment (binary explosive targets
    considered on a claims-made basis only)

Policies are written through a non-admitted carrier with a Financial Strength Rating of A (Excellent) by A.M. Best.

  • Commercial General Liability, Products/Completed
    Operations Liability, or Professional Services Liability
  • ISO Occurrence and Claims-Made coverage forms
    (retroactive date continuity provided)
  • Coverage tailored for unique exposures
  • $2,500 deductible unless modified to an individual risk
