Your agency can receive prizes by submitting commercial applications from January 1 – January 31, 2023.
Aspera Insurance Services Inc. will award prizes for applications submitted, not bound.

RULES & ELIGIBILITY
• Only agencies appointed with Aspera Insurance Services, Inc. are eligible to receive a prize. Unappointed agencies must request appointment in order to receive policy quote.
• Agencies interested in becoming appointed with Aspera should visit asperains.com/become-appointed.
• Commercial applications must be received between January 1 and January 31, 2023.
• Only commercial applications for Aspera product lines within Aspera’s operating states are eligible. For a listing of Aspera’s product lines and territory, please visit asperains.com/news/appetite-guide-infographic.
• Agencies must meet a minimum of 50% quoting ratio during incentive period to qualify for any Status. Policy binding is not required for qualification.
• Duplicate or revised applications will only be counted once towards an original entry.
• Applications submitted prior to January 1, 2023 are not eligible for the Winter Wonderland Incentive.
• Policies with effective dates after April 1, 2023 are not eligible for the Winter Wonderland Incentive.
• Personal lines applications are not eligible for the Winter Wonderland Incentive.
• A maximum of one prize per level awarded per agency will be mailed to an individual producer at their agency office address, unless otherwise requested.
• Aspera will notify agencies by February 10, 2023 with their award bracket; agencies will have until February 15, 2023 to select an eligible prize within their bracket.
• All prizes will be shipped by February 24, 2023.
• Aspera is not responsible for any taxes or fees incurred by recipients as a result of receiving a prize.
• Applications must contain all pertinent information needed for Aspera to provide a quote to be eligible; at its sole discretion, Aspera may deem applications ineligible if a producer consistently submits incomplete applications.
• Aspera reserves the right to change or terminate incentive award programs at any time.
• Aspera may substitute any prize for a similar product of equal approximate value.
• Agencies participating in the Winter Wonderland Incentive agree to allow Aspera to use their agency name listed as a participant and/or prize winner – unless the agency provides Aspera with written notification expressing a request to withhold the agency name from any list by January 31, 2023.
